Usage Rights & Commercial Licensing
Standard Residential Real Estate License:

All packages include a non-transferable, limited license granted exclusively to the hiring Listing Agent. This license permits the use of all media for the sole purpose of marketing the property for sale until the listing agreement expires or closes.

Third-Party & Commercial Usage:

Image copyright remains exclusively with Elemental Photography. Images may not be given, sold, or transferred to third parties—including but not limited to home builders, interior designers, stagers, architects, contractors, or homeowners—for their own commercial or portfolio use.

  • Did someone else help build or style the home? We offer secondary commercial licenses to third parties at a fraction of the cost of a custom shoot.

  • Media Cost-Sharing: If a builder, stager, or designer wishes to split the production costs with the listing agent prior to the shoot date, please contact us for a customized multi-party agreement.
